The watches will be delivered in the original box and will include all papers EXCLUDING the warranty card/book. In some cases we will be able to include the manufacturer’s warranty card/book; in those circumstances we will clearly display “ALL PAPERS INCLUDED”.
Every watch manufacturer engraves/stamps an individual and unique serial number on each of their watches for identification purposes. Prestige Time guarantees that each watch it sells will bear the original manufacturer’s serial number, intact and unaltered.
Prestige Time is NOT an authorized dealer of any brand watch we sell. We source our watches from authorized dealers, distributors and other reliable sources. We do not source the watches we offer from unreliable or questionable sources. Watch manufacturers would like their products sold to the end-user via their designated authorized dealers at full, or close to full, suggested retail prices. We have arrangements with direct authorized dealers and distributors both in the US and internationally, from whom we commit to buying large quantities of goods throughout the year. Based upon the quantity we buy our suppliers sell us the watches at a only small margin above their cost.
2020欧洲杯体育足球官网Due to the fact that we are unauthorized dealers – the manufacturers will not honor their warranty on a watch bought through Prestige Time. In place Prestige Time LLC offers a warranty that mirrors the manufacturer’s warranty in both quality and duration.
In the unlikely event that something goes wrong with your watch during the warranty period, the watch would need to be sent back to us for service. Upon inspection, if we determine that that the service required is a relatively simple fix such as a regulation, battery change or similar, we will have the watch serviced by one of our trusted independent watchmakers. We have contracted highly qualified independent watchmakers who are capable of correcting these relatively simple issues. In many instances our watchmakers are authorized repair centers for various high-end watch manufacturers, handling minor/simple corrections is definitely within their repertoire.
However, if upon inspection we determine that the service required is of a more serious nature, we will actually have the watch returned to the respective manufacturer through our authorized dealers. The only issue with sending a watch back to the manufacturer is the lead time. Unfortunately the manufacturers can take a minimum of anywhere between 4-8 weeks to repair a watch, possibly even longer if parts are back ordered.
The Prestige Time LLC warranty covers all new/unworn watches for a period of 2-5 years from the date of purchase. The warranty period duration is clearly displayed in the details of each watch.
The Prestige Time warranty covers:
All warranty repairs must be handled directly through Prestige Time. Watches that have been opened, attempted to be opened, repaired or attempted to be repaired by any other source will void all warranties. Prestige Time will cover all parts and labor or in very rare circumstances replace the watch at our discretion within the warranty period.
Shipping and insurance expenses for warranty returns from the customer to Prestige Time must be covered by the customer. Returns should be shipped via traceable courier, e.g. UPS or USPS (do not ship via FedEx, FedEx does not insure watches or jewelry valued above $500). The shipment must be pre-paid and should be fully insured. Collect shipping will be refused. In case of loss or damages the customer is liable.
Once repaired Prestige Time will ship the watch back to the customer at our expense.
Should repair be necessary, please click on the button below to obtain a return merchandise authorization number. All warranty returns must have a Return Authorization No. (RMA#). This number must be displayed on the outside of the box. A watch returned without authorization will be refused. Please include a copy of your invoice and/or a detailed letter indication the problem, the return address, contact phone numbers and email address.
